1.1. "Service" refers to the Eban Register HRMIS software, including all features, functionalities, and related services provided by G & A Info Systems Ltd.

1.2. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service, including administrators, employees, and authorized representatives.

1.3. "Organization" refers to the company, business, or entity that has subscribed to the Service and manages User accounts.

2.1. To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

3.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, G & A Info Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8.2. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9.2. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

9.3. Upon termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, unless we are required to retain it by law.
